I have assessed over 200 managers for development. I am accredited in many cognitive and personality assessments (such as Hogans). I am an accredited GENOS EI practitioner

I have spoken at over 20 leadership conferences on unconscious bias, resilience and productivity. I have also spoken at MONA and the MCA during Vivid on the topic of Perception

PhD, Neuroscience
School pf Psychology, University of Sydney / Sydney
I obtained my PhD from the University of Sydney, where I studied the Neuroscience of perception and cognition in Professor Colin Clifford's Color Form and Motion lab. In 2001 I undertook a postdoc with Dr Damian Birney at the Accelerate Learning Lab in AGSM, UNSW, coaching executives and researching leadership, management, innovation and creativity.

Masters in Management
Macquarie Graduate School of Management / Macquarie University/ Sydney
A shorter degree within the MBA program at Macquarie University. I placed 1st in 2 subjects here with a 97 in Law.
