Performance under Pressure – Building Resilience for a world of change.
These half day workshops for managers and senior executives give practical tips to reduce the “YIPS”, (otherwise known as choking, freezing, forgetting or generally performing worse when you are performing under pressure). We cover what happens to your body and behaviour under pressure, and provide practical tips to help you improve your performance when the big event arrives or when you are ‘under the pump’.
A two hour seminar for HSC students is also available to schools.A one hour public speech is also available for delivery at conferences.
These workshops draw from the latest neuroscientific research findings on resilience, stress and the work of Dr Sian Bailock with elite athletes and students.
